What treatment should I book?

If it’s your first time at GLOW, we recommend booking a Consultation & Treatment. During your complimentary 30-minute consultation, our aesthetician will discuss your skincare history and goals, conduct skin imaging to assess underlying sun damage and inflammation, and recommend the best treatments and products for your skin type. Once your consultation is complete, you will proceed with your chosen facial treatment.

If you’re a returning client and unsure of which treatment to book, you can select a Returning Client 60, 90, or 120-minute time block based on your needs.

Where are you located?

We are located at 1128 The Queensway in Etobicoke on the north side between Kipling and Islington, within a plaza at the intersection of St. Lawrence & The Queensway. Free parking is available!

What other services do you offer?

GLOW Beauty Bar specializes in medical and express facial treatments only.  
For those of you interested in massage, Scalp, face, and decollete massage is included in most of our treatments. 
We also offer back facials & back hydrafacials.

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week by appointment only from 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM and 10 am - 6 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

How long are the treatments?

- First-time clients: We recommend setting aside 2 hours for your initial Consultation & Treatment.

- Returning clients: Most facials are 1 hour long, depending on the treatment booked.

- Express Facials: Perfect for those on the go, lasting 30 minutes, with the entire visit typically around 45mins.

How do I book an appointment?

We accept bookings online, via text, email, or by phone call—whichever is easiest for you! Please note that a credit card is required on file to secure your appointment, whether booking online or over the phone.

How long before an event can I get a treatment?

Accepted Answer

To ensure your skin is at its best, we recommend scheduling your treatment at least one week before your event. However, if you have no known skin sensitivities or allergies, an express facial can be done on the same day as your event!

Should I get my facial before or after I go on vacation?

Accepted Answer

We suggest receiving your facial two weeks AFTER your vacation rather than before. This allows any sunburns to heal (although we know you’ll be wearing SPF!), while the treatment will help rehydrate and deeply cleanse your skin after sun exposure.

Do you accept Wayspa gift cards?

GLOW Beauty Bar specializes in medical and express facial treatments only. However, most of our facial treatments include scalp, face, and décolleté massage to promote relaxation and circulation. We also offer Back Facials & Back Hydrafacials.

During the 30-minute consultation, our esthetician will:
- Conduct a thorough skin analysis.
- Discuss your skincare history and concerns.

What is your cancellation policy?

- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
