Cancellation
Policy
A credit card is required when booking an appointment.
Cancellations are required to be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations/rescheduling after this time frame will result in a $50 charge.
No shows will be charged 90% of the reserved service amount.

Please note, that if an appointment is booked and you have not confirmed it, we will reach out to you to confirm. If we do not hear back from you, the appointment gets automatically confirmed and our cancellation policy goes into effect.
Members
If a member must cancel an appointment, the member will be accommodated at the next open time in the schedule. You will be charged $50 for the missed or late notice of cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice). If no notification is given for a missed appointment, the membership service booked will be considered a No-Show and will be charged 90% of the service.
Advanced Notice
As we like to provide a boutique experience for our clientele, advance notice of any scheduling changes would be greatly appreciated as we may have a waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
As our space is not a safe place for children, we ask that you arrive at your appointments alone so that you may fully enjoy your experience.
We ask that you keep noise levels at a minimum as a courtesy to those enjoying their service.
We also ask that you do not bring any additional guests with you to your appointment unless you are a minor, which then you may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please note, that if there are any additional guests, they may not be allowed in the treatment room for safety reasons.

Product Return & Exchange Policy
Un-opened products can be exchanged for another product or returned for a spa credit within 5 days of purchase.
Opened/used* products can be exchanged for another product or returned for a spa credit within 10 days of purchase.
(*Must contain more than half of the product)
Return or exchange of products purchased on our online store follows the same guidelines as listed above and shipment of the product back to GLOW is to be covered by the client.
To begin your return or exchange, please complete this FORM and we will contact you within 24 hours.
Any product(s) that are currently on sale or were previously on sale are FINAL SALE. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.
Service Refund Policy
Services are non-refundable. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a pre-paid package or membership, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments may be used as in-store credit to purchase other treatments or products offered.
