We’ve got a new addition to our GLOW services!

Microneedling 3.0 is a power house treatment that targets fine lines/wrinkles, pigmentation, scarring & dull skin!

We’ve combined two of our popular treatments - Microneedling, JetPeel & LED Light Therapy to assist you in reaching your ultimate skin goals. Studies have shown that after Microneedling using gentle chemical peels to penetrate into the skin will heighten the results of the treatment. Jet peel also cools and soothe the skin, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and revived while the LED Light therapy provides your cells with the energy it needs to function properly and reduce inflammation.

How does it work?

Your aesthetician will perform Microneedling as per protocol, then they will let the skin relax with a hydrating sheet mask that will absorb into the skin. Once the mask is off, the jet peel begins! Your aesthetician will perform lymphatic drainage with our Jet water, which, contains aloe, and hyaluronic acid. This will help move lymph fluid, as well as cool the skin down. Next is the important part, the acids! Your aesthetician will infuse a gentle chemical peel into the skin. This will help with better skin texture, brightness and firming. Then LED Light therapy will help your cells with ATP production which lowers inflammation and helps with anti aging!

P.s. extractions, cleansing, massage is all still included!

What to expect over the next couple days?

Microneedling 3.0 is a treatment to target anti-aging at a deeper level in the skin, so you may expect to see peeling, dry skin, redness and flaking for a week. We do recommend throughout the next 14 days post treatment to use mild/gentle products on the skin (available at GLOW) and pairing our Anteage system to get maximum results and faster healing time.

This 3- in - 1 treatment is priced at $450 and is 2 hours.

Microneedle your way to firmer skin!

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy or CIT, is a medical treatment that is amazing for clients who are looking for tighter/rejuvenating skin! At GLOW Beauty Bar, we use an FDA-approved, Health Canada Approved device; E-Dermastamp, which is one of the founding fathers of Microneedling Technology.

Microneedling uses fine needles to create micro-injuries into the deep layers of the skin. Why do we do this? Cells that are laying dormant get woken up to essentially "go back to work". This allows cells to start repairing the skin while stimulating your collagen and elastin - what we need for tight, plump skin.

This treatment targets:

• Fine lines

• Wrinkles

• Acne scars

• Stretch marks

• Uneven skin texture

• Pigmentation

What's also great about Microneedling is that it is suited for all skin types and concerns. Since we can adjust the needle depth, clients with sensitive skin can enjoy this treatment as well! Clients with any severe skin concerns such as sunburns, pregnancy, rosacea, open lesions, etc. cannot have this treatment performed. Here at GLOW, our $350 Microneedling treatment includes a full facial (pre- cleanse, cleanse, exfoliation, extractions), facial numbing for 20 minutes, a luxurious and hydrating E-Dermastamp Hyaluronic Acid sheet mask, and décolleté & scalp massage. Our treatment is approximately an 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We use sterile AnteAGE serums that contain bone marrow stem cells and hyaluronic acid to promote hydrated and firmer skin during the Microneedling process. What's great about our AnteAGE solutions is that depending on your skin concerns, they can be specified for you! The AnteAGE solutions to choose from are:

• AnetAGE brightening solution

• AnteAGE anti-aging solution

• AnteAGE clarifying solution

We want you to get the best results possible and help you in achieving your skin goals!

With Microneedling, the downtime is only a short week - which is perfect now that we are working from home! :) What to expect? Right after the numbing cream wears off, it feels and looks like you have a sunburn. Redness is expected for a couple days, followed with dryness and sometimes flaking, and tightening of the skin during this period. But we don’t leave you hanging! We give you the rest of your AnteAGE vile to take home to reapply and help soothe and promote healthy repair at home for the rest of the night after your treatment. After a week, your skin is GLOWing and you’ll see the full benefits after a month as the collagen continues to build in your skin.

Lastly, with Microneedling, we do recommend at least 3-6 treatments (depending on the client and concerns) to see maximum results! Then you can change to a quarterly maintenance.
