To protect your results, we’ll guide you with a simple at-home routine. Key rules:
No water, products, or makeup for the first 12 hours
Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, workouts) for 48 hours
No exfoliants, retinol, or scrubs for one week
Use only your post-care kit: gentle cleanser, brightening serum, moisturizer, and SPF (available for purchase)
Reapply SPF every 2 hours—your skin will be more sun-sensitive
And most importantly: don’t pick at peeling skin!
