• March 1st: You come in for a hydrafacial ($215),- 20% = $172 - $200 Membership Plus accumulated dollars, leaving a credit of $28 on your account.

Terms and Conditions for Monthly GLOW Plus Program

1. Eligibility:

- The Monthly GLOW Plus Membership Program is exclusively offered to members of GLOW Beauty Bar.

- By participating in this program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Program Details:

- Members enrolled in the Monthly Membership Plus Membership Program will be charged $100 monthly that is  automatically loaded into the members account each month.

- Membership Plus requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. 

- Payments for the Monthly Membership Plus Program will be conveniently charged automatically on the date of enrollment.

- Membership Plus discounts cannot be combined with GLOW Bucks 

3. Expiration and Limitations:

- Payments for the Monthly Membership Plus Program cannot be frozen or paused.

4. Free Dermaplaning Add-On:

- Members who join the Monthly Membership Plus  Program during the month of July will receive one free dermaplaning add-on, which will be applied at their next service following enrollment.

How do I cancel my GLOW Plus Membership?

Steps to Cancel your GLOW Plus Membership

What happens if my monthly plus payment does not go through?

1: Notification

   - GLOW Beauty Bar will contact you to notify you of the failed payment. This could be through email, phone, or text.

2. Attempt to Reprocess Payment

   - We will attempt reprocess the payment the next business day and will continue to retry daily. 

3. Account Suspension

   - If the payment continues to fail, your Membership Plus benefits will be temporarily placed on hold. This could mean that you won't be able to use your accumulated dollars or receive the 20% discount until the issue is resolved.

4. Accrued Charges

   - Any unpaid monthly charges will accrue, and you will be required to pay the total outstanding amount to reactivate your membership benefits and use your Plus dollars and discounts. 

5. Contact from Customer Service

   - A representative from GLOW Beauty Bar will contact you to resolve the issue. They might offer assistance in updating your payment method or provide options for making the overdue payment.

6. Termination of Membership

   - If the issue persists and payments are not made, GLOW Beauty Bar might terminate your Membership. In this case, you would lose any accumulated credits and benefits associated with the membership.

My Lip Filler Experience : Felicia Rahim

Hey Glow Beauty Bar friends and fam!

It’s your Estie Felicia, I’d like to share with you my experience of getting lip filler for the first time and what you may expect before, during and after your lip filler.

Why did I get lip filler?

My reasoning for lip filler was all about “smoothing my fine lines.” I loved the size of my lips, and loved the shape, but as I’m getting older, I’m noticed that the “plumpness” and hydration was lacking in my lips. I wanted my lips to have the same effect as it does when I applied lip balm..and that lead me down the road to lip fillers!

If you don’t know….ASK!

If you don’t know a thing about lip fillers, the worst thing you can do is be too shy to ask or put all your faith in your injector! Here a Glow Beauty Bar, our nurse injector Svetlana was extremely patient with the 1000 questions I had, I asked her everything from her background in injections to what I do want and what I don’t want. Let me tell you, if your injector won’t take the time to hear you out then she’s not the one for you! Especially it being my first time, Svetlana answered everything I needed to know… even down to what kind of filler she was using. She also reassured me that I could contact her at anytime if I had questions.

The Process

After my millions of questions, the process was quit easy, my lips were sanitized, numbed and the injecting began. Now, everyone is different…but I found it to be a teeeeeeeeeeny bit uncomfortable, I guess what I’m trying to say is that, based off of videos I watched on Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms, the girls make it look like a piece of cake! But For me… I could definitely feel each needle and there was slight discomfort. But once it was over, my lips felt hot and that was it!

The After Effect

Healing was a piece of cake! I must say there must be an art to injecting because based off of the videos and social media videos I’ve seen, I was expecting bruising, lumps and uneven lips for the first week. The most I got from the “healing” period was puffier lips in the morning and then it would go down to normal by mid-day. No bruising!

Would I do it again?

Of course! I plan to redo my lips around the one year mark, (summer 2023), as a little touch up to smoothen the fine lines again. I haven’t notice them “go down” or “back to normal” as of yet, which is a good thing! I find staying hydrated prolongs the plumpness of the filler!

Green Peel is a unique treatment where it’s super important the client DOES NOT get their face wet for 5 days, why? As the green peel is pushed into skin, for 5 days it’s regenerating the skin by making contact with your “original cells” underneath and repairing any damage. Again, it’s repairing aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, scar tissue, etc.

On day 1 - 2 clients can expect that their skin will feel warm, red, tight, sensitive to touch, and on day 2-5 clients can expect to see skin shedding, flaking, dry, and slightly itchy.

On the 5th day, the client will return to spa to get a thorough follow up facial, which is included in the treatment price! Photos will be taken so client can see the change in their skin in just 5 days.

What makes this treatment a bonus is that it can be done and is safe on any skin type. Let me explain! A lot of peels and lasers that are made for pigmentation removal and controlling acne, are not all safe for darker/melanated skin tones. Time and time again, clients that have a deeper skin tone, have to stick to old fashion peel and doing about 6-7 treatments to see change, vs lasers and high intense peels that only need 3. Thankfully green peel is super safe and recommended for clients with fair, medium, tan, and darker skin tones.
