There is a conversation we have almost every week in the treatment room, and we never have quite enough time for it.
A client comes in frustrated. She has done everything right: the double cleanse, the retinol, the SPF, the facials booked properly every four to six weeks. And still, her skin is unpredictable. Clear for three weeks, congested for one. Calm through the summer, reactive by November. She wants to know what she is doing wrong.
Usually she is not doing anything wrong. She is just looking at one part of a much larger picture.

The Other 167 Hours
A facial is sixty to ninety minutes. Your skincare routine takes maybe ten minutes a day. That leaves roughly 167 hours a week where your skin is responding to something other than what we put on it: how much water you drank, how you slept, what you ate, how your stress showed up, where you are in your cycle.
None of this is new science, and none of it is a substitute for the work we do in treatment. But it is the reason two clients can follow the same routine and get very different results. Skin is not a surface. It is an organ, and it responds to the whole system it belongs to.
That is the gap the Clear Skin Bootcamp was built to close.
What the Bootcamp Actually Is
It is a twelve-week, self-paced education program written by our own aestheticians, the same team that sees your skin in person. Each week focuses on one thing, with a short lesson and a simple worksheet, so nothing feels like a second job.
The pillars we work through:
Hydration. What it actually does for barrier function, and why "drink more water" is incomplete advice.
Nourishing food. The categories worth paying attention to, and the ones that get far more blame online than the evidence supports.
Gut health. The connection between digestion and skin, explained without the supplement sales pitch.
Hormonal changes. How the shifts across a cycle, a pregnancy, or perimenopause tend to show up on the face, so the pattern stops feeling random.
Rest and stress. The least glamorous pillar and often the most influential.
Your personalized skincare plan. Built with your GLOW aesthetician, so the topical work and the lifestyle work finally point in the same direction.
Alongside the twelve weeks, you get the full Clear Skin Kitchen library: recipes and meal-planning tools designed to remove the most common obstacle to any dietary change, which is simply not knowing what to make on a Wednesday night.
What's New in the Relaunch
The Bootcamp has been part of the GLOW+ membership for some time. What has changed is the experience of it. Every week has been rebuilt in a cleaner, easier-to-follow home. The lessons have been tightened. The worksheets have been clarified. The recipe library is now included in full rather than treated as an afterthought.
And it is entirely self-paced. There is no cohort to join and no start date to miss. You begin when you are ready, and you can return to any week whenever you need it.
Who This Is For
It is for the client who is tired of treating breakouts one at a time and wants to understand the pattern instead. It is for anyone whose skin behaves differently depending on the month. And it is for anyone who wants their treatments to hold better between appointments.
It is also worth saying clearly what it is not. The Bootcamp is educational. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace your physician, dermatologist, naturopathic doctor or registered dietitian. If you are managing a diagnosed condition, pregnant or nursing, or taking prescription medication, please talk to your healthcare provider before making changes. And please tell your aesthetician too, because it changes what we recommend in the treatment room.
How to Begin
The Clear Skin Bootcamp is complimentary for GLOW+ members, a $99 program already included in your membership. For everyone else, it is $99 CAD plus applicable taxes, and it is yours to work through at your own pace.
If you are not sure whether it is the right fit, bring it up at your next appointment. Your aesthetician can tell you in about two minutes whether it is worth your time, and we would rather have that conversation honestly than sell you something you do not need.
Twelve weeks of clarity, calm, and confidence in your skin. Begin whenever you are ready.
Educational content only. Not a substitute for medical advice. Individual results may vary.
