If you have a Glow Membership, all late cancelation fees are waved.
Missing your appointment with no notice given will result in a loss of your service for that month.
As we like to provide a boutique experience for our clientele, advance notice of any scheduling changes would be greatly appreciated as we may have a waiting list. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Un-opened products can be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of purchase.
Opened/used* products can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase or a credit can be applied to your account to be used towards a service.
